Completely one-time. You pay the registration fee once and get full access to all current features. There are no monthly charges or hidden costs. If optional paid features are introduced in the future, they will be separate and clearly communicated in advance — this registration fee covers everything available today.
You fill in your profile details first — no payment needed at that stage. When your profile is complete, you pay the registration fee via PhonePe to submit it for review. You can also save your profile and come back later.
All methods supported by PhonePe — UPI (any UPI ID or app), debit and credit cards, and net banking.
The fee is generally non-refundable. Two exceptions: (1) a full refund is available within 5 days of payment — one-time per account, and approving it deactivates your profile; (2) exceptional cases like a duplicate charge may qualify within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Yes. Payments are processed entirely by PhonePe — RBI-regulated. ChingamMatrimony never receives or stores your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
