By registering on or using ChingamMatrimony, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them — they explain your rights and responsibilities as a member. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

All profiles go through admin review before going live. We can reject or suspend accounts with inaccurate or misleading information. You must verify your email address before you can log in.
Registration and profile submission on ChingamMatrimony are completely free. Once our admin team approves your profile, it goes live and becomes searchable immediately, and you get a 24-hour free trial — no payment required during this time.

When you pay your membership fee, you will be asked to set up a UPI Autopay mandate — a recurring payment authorization on your UPI account — to cover your ongoing membership on ChingamMatrimony. By setting up this mandate, you authorize us to debit your UPI account as described below, in accordance with applicable RBI e-mandate regulations.
What gets debited and when:
Notifications: As required for UPI Autopay / e-mandate transactions, you will receive advance notification before each debit through your bank or UPI app, in addition to any email notifications we send.
How to cancel your mandate: You can cancel your UPI Autopay mandate at any time through:
What happens if the mandate is cancelled, expires, or a renewal payment fails: Your account remains active, your data is retained, and your profile stays listed and visible to other members. Your account simply moves to the free plan, where you browse with real names but photos and full profiles are locked. Completing the renewal payment unlocks full access again at any time.
New profiles and major changes — like your name, gender, caste, or date of birth — need admin approval before other members can see them. While your profile is under review:

You own your photos and profile information. By uploading them, you give ChingamMatrimony permission to store and show them to other registered members for matchmaking purposes only. This permission ends when you delete your account or remove the content.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use everything you upload, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

Your use of ChingamMatrimony is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
We can suspend or permanently close your account — without prior notice — if you:
When an account is closed, access ends immediately. Your data may be kept in a hidden "soft deleted" state for administrative record-keeping, or permanently deleted on request, subject to legal requirements.
ChingamMatrimony is a platform for introductions within the community. We:
You are responsible for using your own judgment when meeting or communicating with any match. Please exercise caution.
Everything on ChingamMatrimony that isn't your own content — including the website design, logo, written content, and code — belongs to ChingamMatrimony. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of it without our written permission.
If your account has had no login activity for more than 24 months (2 years), we may send you an email notification. If you don't respond or log in within 30 days of that notice, we may deactivate your profile. You can reactivate at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
If you have a complaint, concern, or dispute about your experience on ChingamMatrimony, you can contact our Grievance Officer:
This is provided in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
ChingamMatrimony is provided "as is." We don't make any guarantees about uptime or availability. We're not responsible for service interruptions, data loss due to technical failures, or anything outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms at any time. We'll update the "Last Updated" date when we do. For important changes, we may also email you. Continuing to use ChingamMatrimony after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Check this page periodically to stay informed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Kerala, India.
